Healthy No-Added Sugar Drinks With Yazoo + A Giveaway!

Healthy No-Added Sugar Drinks With Yazoo + A Giveaway!

Recently, my family and I headed over to a beautiful little village, called Bradford-on-Avon, to try out some tasty and healthy new after school snacks from Yazoo. We had a fabulous morning of craft and tasty food, whilst getting to chat with the brand and some other lovely bloggers and vloggers too. It was lovely to meet some people who I have followed and admired for so long now. Whilst we chatted and drank coffee, the kids were kept entertained with lots of fun and activities that had been laid out for them.

Normally speaking, I wouldn’t think to give my children milkshakes as a snack. I have developed a bit of a sugar phobia, when it comes to choosing the right foods for them to eat and milkshakes would always ring alarm bells to me. It turns out, I was wrong, and in fact lots of the seemingly healthy choices that I would have gone for, like fruit smoothies, actually have a higher sugar content than Yazoo’s new range of No Added Sugar milk drinks.

Yazoo’s new range of sugar free drinks have all the taste of a sweet milkshake, without any added sugar or artificial sweeteners. This is down to Yazoo’s clever manufacturing process, that splits the lactose found naturally in milk, creating a sweeter taste. The new milkshakes come in three different flavours (strawberry, toffee, and banana), and are a great way of keeping your littles topped up till tea, with a snack that is both high in calcium and protein.

During the event, which incidentally was held at a rather lovely hotel called Timbrell’s Yard (totally going back there again!), Noah managed to guzzle his way through no less than 5 bottles of Yazoo (not sure he was meant to drink that much!). We also walked away with a lovely hamper, packed full of Yazoo goodies and a craft kit to make lots of cool things, like superheroes and binoculars. We’ve been trying out the shakes out over the last week or so, and have made a little video of us tasting the range, that you’re welcome to take a look at.

I’m giving the chance for three lucky readers to win a months supply of Yazoo No Added Sugar (24 x 200ml of Yazoo No Added Sugar), along with a super cute Yazoo craft kit to keep your children entertained.

Your a nutter if you really think artificial sweetener is a healthier option to sugar! Artificial….says it all

I agree, artificial sweeteners are not good! This drink doesn’t use artificial sweeteners or sugar 🙂
