Whether you love them or loathe them, it’s the time of year where Christmas jumpers start to appear all over the high street. Personally, I am more of a fan of the Christmas jumpers that make a nod to the season. Rather than those with two Christmas puds emblazoned across the bust, but that’s just me.
You may only get to wear your festive knit a handful of times over the festive season, but it’s still good fun Everybody likes celebrating Christmas, don’t they? If you don’t, perhaps its about time you do, and a Christmas jumper may be the place to start!
Playing it Cool
Slogan tops might be the way to go if you’re not a fan of glitter and cheesy Christmas style. I think my favourite out of the bunch is the ‘This is my festive jumper’ top from ASOS. Personally I would wear all of these in an oversized fit, which is perfect for hiding the Baileys tummy.
Fair Isle Fancy
The great thing about Fair Isle, is that you can kind of get away with wearing this style throughout winter. So long as you haven’t got a santa or reindeer lurking in that pattern somewhere, you’ll get some longevity, but still look nice and festive at Christmas.
Stripes at Christmas? Why not?
Well Boden have only gone and made possibly my favourite selection of Christmas tops ever! Stripes + Christmas, turns out they’re a match made in heaven!
If you’re the kind of person not to do anything by halves, then these may be for you! I’m loving the Home Alone reference with the red jumper. Want.
